We opted out of Medicare. Beginning October 1, 2025 we are no longer be seeing Medicare patients, that includes Medicare advantage plans as well. Medicare patients who wants to stay with us will need to enter into Private Contract with Dr. Pivovarov. Contract is on Custom Family Care site under NEW PATIENT MENU.
