We opted out of Medicare. Beginning October 1, 2025 we are no longer be seeing Medicare patients, that includes Medicare advantage plans as well. Medicare patients who wants to stay with us will need to enter into Private Contract with Dr. Pivovarov. Contract is on Custom Family Care site under NEW PATIENT MENU.

Patient Portal available for established patients only. To get access to your records you will need to register in our office. Minimal information will be: UserName, Password and email address, call for details our office number (256) 325-0480 during regular work hours.

Patient Portal is in continuous improvement. Features available today area: Invoices, self scheduling office visit, visit notes, current medications and supporting documents.

Cash paying patients welcome, $125 new patient, $100 established patient. Extra charges for tests, procedures apply.

We equipped with XR Room, Ultrasound machine, ECG machine, pulmonary tests and nebulizer.

We perform in office common tests. Blood tests and will be collected and sent to Huntsville Hospital Lab with results returned usually next day.

We perform common office procedures: skin warts, tags removal, ingrowing nail resection, laceration repair, incision and drainage of abscess, excision of cysts, injection of steroids into painful joints.

We administer IV fluids therapy for patients experiencing dehydration.

We also have oxygen concentrator machine available.
