Patient Portal available for established patients only. To get access to your records you will need to register in our office. Minimal information will be: UserName, Password and email address, call for details our office number (256) 325-0480 Monday through Friday 9 am to 8:30 pm.
Patient Portal is in continuous improvement. Features available today area: Invoices, self scheduling office visit, visit notes, current medications and supporting documents.
To access it: in menu hover over “home” menu item and you will see “patient portal” as a submenu item.
